This ethereal piece is made of pigmented porcelain clay in lavender. Colored clay in blue was placed strategically during wheel throwing to create the marble effect. Speckle of purple is shown throughout. A clear glaze is applied to finish the piece with white floating accents throughout. It is like an abstract painting of lavender, blue and white as a matcha bowl. Beautiful to look at and lovely to use.
