This ethereal piece is made of pigmented porcelain clay in pink, lavender and white. Colored clay was placed strategically during wheel throwing to create this gradient and marble effect. A clear glaze is applied to finish the piece with white floating accents throughout. It is like an abstract painting of pink, lavender and white as a matcha bowl. Beautiful to look at and lovely to use.
The foot ring of this piece has multiple chipping, but otherwise it is fully functional.
