This ethereal piece is made of pigmented porcelain clay in lavender. Colored clay in pink, blue and white was placed strategically during wheel throwing to create this gradient and marble effect. A clear glaze is applied to finish the piece with white floating accents throughout. It is like an abstract painting of pink, lavender and white as a matcha bowl. Beautiful to look at and lovely to use.
